Diese Palette wurde mit vielen meiner Lieblingsfarbtöne entworfen und auch auf einige meiner Lieblingsmethoden beim Schminken zugeschnitten:

- Kombination von warmen und kühlen Farbtönen / gedeckten und leuchtenden Farbtönen / neutralen und bunten Farbtönen in einem Look.

- Auftragen von transparenten, glitzernden Lidschatten über anderen schimmernden oder matten Lidschatten.

Das Thema entstand aus meiner offenen Kollaboration #ShadeCascade, bei der es darum geht, Lidschatten zu schichten, um einen brandneuen Farbton zu kreieren. Ich wollte eine Palette kreieren, die meine Liebe dazu widerspiegelt, aber mit einem neuen und frischen Namen, und dann stieß ich auf das Wort „Coalescence”. Die wissenschaftliche Definition lautet „das Zusammenfügen oder Verschmelzen von Elementen zu einer Masse oder einem Ganzen”.

Ich liebe die Idee, Wissenschaft und Natur mit Kunst zu verbinden, und so bin ich auf die Namen für die Farbtöne gekommen. Alle sind Paare oder Gegensätze, wie Flora + Fauna und Harmonie + Dissonanz.

Vier der Farbnamen sind Sanskrit-Wörter für die vier Elemente: Agni = Feuer, Jal = Wasser, Vayu = Luft, Bhoomi = Erde. Ich habe diese Namen gewählt, um mein indisches Erbe widerzuspiegeln. Diese vier Elemente sind auch auf dem Cover-Design vertreten, das von der atomaren Struktur inspiriert wurde.

Ich hoffe, Sie haben genauso viel Freude beim Spielen mit dieser Palette, wie ich beim Erstellen hatte!
