§1 Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and definitions of terms:

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

(2) "Consumer" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text:

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Select the desired goods

2) Confirm by clicking on the "Order" button

3) Check the details in the shopping cart

4) Pressing the "Checkout" button

5) Login to the online store after registering and entering the login details (e-mail address and password).

6) Repeated examination or Correction of the respective data entered.

7) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the button "order subject to charge" or "buy"

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded and correct or correct input errors by pressing the "Back" button in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details. cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser.We will confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). §3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date:

(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by prepayment, PayPal, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or Postcard as well as Post E-Payment.

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

(4) The payment method 'purchase on account' requires, among other things, a successful credit check by Crif Switzerland.

You pay the invoice amount with a payment term of 30 days after receipt of the goods, we reserve the right to charge reminder costs after a delay in payment :

- Delay of 75 days after receipt of the goods 20.00 CHF dunning costs.

- Delay of 90 days after receipt of the goods 40.00 CHF dunning costs.

- Delay of 120 days after receipt of the goods 60.00 CHF dunning costs.

If no transaction has taken place after the last written request for payment, debt collection will be initiated.

Purchase on account with installment facility: (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "Purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you decide not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY assumes the invoice receivable and processes the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you also accept our GTC of POWERPAY.

§4 Lieferung:

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by delivery to a place other than the place of performance.

§5 Eigentumsvorbehalt:

We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Widerrufsrecht:

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason and to return any or all items at your expense. However, the delivered products must be returned in working order.

All returns are carefully checked.

Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following contracts:

contracts for the delivery of sealed goods
which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection
or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

If the goods were returned properly and on time, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you and automatically deducted from your next order. At the customer's request, the amount can of course also be paid out to a bank or postal account.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
