Terms and Conditions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of Monolith Shop GmbH.

(3) For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
§2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as Monolith Shop GmbH accepts the order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.
(4) The ordering process comprises several steps (shopping cart, entry of customer data, selection of payment method, final confirmation). Before submitting the order, the customer can correct any input errors at any time.
(5) The contract text will be stored. Order details and terms and conditions will be sent to the customer by email.
§3 Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are final prices and include the applicable statutory value added tax.
(2) Additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the order process.
(3) Payment can be made using the payment methods displayed in the online shop. These include, in particular:

- Klarna (e.g. invoice, instant bank transfer, installment purchase)
- Apple Pay
- Shopify Payments

- as well as other payment methods offered during the ordering process
(4) The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery and Shipping
(1) Delivery shall be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(2) Delivery times are specified in the respective product offer.
(3) Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within the specified period after receipt of payment.
(4) In the case of consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.
For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase agreement is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery within Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any applicable shipping costs. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to inform you, for transparency, that MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz, Germany (DE285677365) is also involved in the supply chain. This does not incur any additional costs for the buyer.
§5 Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Monolith Shop GmbH until full payment has been received.
§6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.
We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Return of goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation.
The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal (important for cosmetic products)
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery

The statutory warranty rights apply.

The contract language is German and English.

§10 Applicable Law
The law of Switzerland applies, taking into account mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which the customer has his habitual residence.
§11 Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
