GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions:

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

(2) "Consumer" within the meaning of these terms and conditions is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

§2 Conclusion of contract, storage of the contract text:

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our online store https://www.monolith-shop.eu.

(2) If the contract is concluded, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of the goods in our Internet store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online store, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract by successfully completing the order process provided in our Internet store.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Select the desired goods

2) Confirmation by clicking on the "Order" button

3) Checking the data in the shopping cart

4) Click on the "Checkout" button

5) Log in to the online store after registering and entering the login details (email address and password).

6) Re-checking or correcting the data entered in each case.

7) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the "Order with costs" or "Buy" button.

Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer data is recorded by clicking on the "Back" button contained in his Internet browser after checking his details, and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). We thereby accept your offer.

(8) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online store:

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our GTC by email. You can view the GTC at any time at http://www.monolith-shop.com/service/general-terms-conditions You can view your previous orders in our customer area under My account --> My orders.

(9) For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also takes care of customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged. In order to ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to point out for reasons of transparency that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the distribution chain. This does not incur any additional costs for the buyer.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date:

(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by prepayment, PayPal, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or Postcard and Post E-Payment.

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Lieferung:

(1) Unless we have expressly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall only pass to the buyer when the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by dispatch.

§5 Eigentumsvorbehalt:

We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

§6 Widerrufsrecht:

Withdrawal policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your expense. The delivered products must be returned undamaged, unused, in working order and complete in their original packaging.

All returns are thoroughly checked. If a product or the packaging has been opened and damaged, the item will not be taken back and returned to you. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the entire cost of the item and any additional shipping costs.

If the item has been returned on time and properly, you will receive a new invoice from us by email.

If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you and automatically offset against your next order. At the customer's request, the amount can of course also be transferred to a bank or postal account.

Consequences of the revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods or services received as well as any benefits (e.g. benefits of use) or can only return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. You only have to compensate us for the deterioration of the item and for any use if this use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond testing its properties and functionality. Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Goods that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.

End of the withdrawal policy
