Right of withdrawal/ returns portal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason and to return individual or all items to us.

Please return the products to us in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to take into account any reduction in value when refunding items that show signs of use or are damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after the 14-day cancellation period has expired .

All returns will be carefully checked by us. If a product or its packaging has been opened, damaged, or heavily used, we reserve the right to adjust the corresponding amount due to the resulting reduction in value.

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive confirmation by email.

• If your order has already been paid for, we will refund the corresponding amount or, if you wish, credit it to your next order.
