For optimal performance, keep the primer sealed when not in use to prevent it from drying out.
Application:
1. apply a very small amount of primer to the eyelid/cheekbones/lips using a flat brush or your finger.
2. dab a small amount of your desired loose pigment onto the sticky base.
3. build up several layers to achieve the desired effect and intensity.
