Germany:

For parcel shipping within Germany there are no shipping fees from 100 Euro order value.

DHL delivery in 2-5 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 6.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

For shipments under 100 Euro order value up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro will be charged for DHL EXPRESS. For shipments over 100 Euro order value, shipping costs of 5.50 Euro will be charged.

Frankreich:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping costs from 100 Euro order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to the EU countries, there are no customs costs. All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number.

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 11.50 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 2KG, shipping costs of 13.50 euros will be charged.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 14.50 Euro for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 Euro order value, shipping costs of 4.50 Euro will be charged.

Spain, Italy, Romania and Bulgaria:

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days.

Great Britain, Bosnia & Serbia:

For parcel shipping there are no shipping fees from 100 Euro order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are shipped with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.
Attention: to UK (from approx. 150 Euro/ 135 GBP) as well as Bosnia and Serbia customs costs may apply, as these are not EU countries.

❗️For purchases between €100 and €149, shipping is free with DHL EXPRESS and duty-free with imports to the UK.❗️

UK delivery DHL EXPRESS 1-2 working days:

New shipments to the UK are sent with DHL EXPRESS. Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 14.50 Euro for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, DHL EXPRESS shipping is free of charge.

Bosnia & Serbia DHL delivery in 4-6 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 2KG, shipping costs of 16.50 euros will be charged.

Norwegen:

For parcel shipping we charge 16,50 Euro, from 240 Euro order value there are no shipping fees, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are shipped with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.

Ukraine:

For parcel shipping there are no shipping fees from 120 Euro order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are shipped including tracking number.
Attention: Customs costs may apply to Ukraine (from approx. 150 euros), as this is not an EU country.

❗️Between a purchase of 120€ and 149€ you are free of shipping costs and duty-free with the import to Ukraine.❗️

DHL delivery in 5-7 working days:

Under 120 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 19.90 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 5KG, shipping costs of 27.50 euros will be charged.

Important: Not all areas of Ukraine are supplied by DHL. There are currently around 26,000 ZIP codes on the delivery list. This list is not public. However, you are welcome to contact us by email or via Instagram. We will then briefly check whether your location is supplied so that you can then place an order.

Schweiz und Liechtenstein:

For parcel shipping there are no shipping fees from 100 CHF order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are shipped including tracking number.

For deliveries to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also handles customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged.

DPD delivery in 2-4 working days:

Under 100 CHF order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 12.50 CHF for DHL will be charged.

Important: The parcel will be handed over by DHL in Constance to DPD, so please check your shipment number again after the first delivery notification, it will then change to a DPD number.

International shipping with DHL Express:

We ship your order quickly and reliably within 3-5 working days with DHL Express currently to the following countries:

Australia, New Zealand, USA, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, India, South Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

📦 For orders under €180, the shipping costs depend on the weight and are between €30 and €35.
