Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

Farben sind super pigmentiert und die Glitzer sind der absolute Hammer.
Mit dem Finger aufgetragen, sieht es aus wie eine Folie !

it's the perfect "neutral" palette for me. The mattes blend effortlessly it's wearable since it's more muted tones than true cool tone greys (which is rarely flatering on my complexion) the shimmers are beyond gorgeous! so so shiny and shifty worth all the money! i'm blown away by the quality of the mattes. The organization of the shades is very inspiring and easy to pair shades together. I had many compliments when i used the palette on my eyes. It's going to be such a timeless palette for me. I can see myself use it lots. Super happy with it!

Disappointing and overpriced.

The matte shades in this palette lack pigmentation, and there isn’t enough contrast between the colors. Additionally, all the shimmer shades fall within a very similar tonal range, making it difficult to create diverse makeup looks despite the large number of shades. It is definitely overpriced. I don’t understand the hype, even though I typically gravitate toward cool tones.
