Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 6.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

For shipments under 100 Euro order value up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro will be charged for DHL EXPRESS. For shipments over 100 Euro order value, shipping costs of 5.50 Euro will be charged.

For parcel shipping there are no shipping fees from 100 Euro order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are shipped with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.
Attention: to UK (from approx. 150 Euro/ 135 GBP) as well as Bosnia and Serbia customs costs may apply, as these are not EU countries.

DHL delivery in 5-7 working days:

Under 120 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 19.90 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 5KG, shipping costs of 27.50 euros will be charged.

Important: Not all areas of Ukraine are supplied by DHL. There are currently around 26,000 ZIP codes on the delivery list. This list is not public. However, you are welcome to contact us by email or via Instagram. We will then briefly check whether your location is supplied so that you can then place an order.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein:

For parcel shipping there are no shipping fees from 100 CHF order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are shipped including tracking number.

For deliveries to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also handles customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged.

DPD delivery in 2-4 working days:

Under 100 CHF order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 12.50 CHF for DHL will be charged.

Important: The parcel will be handed over by DHL in Constance to DPD, so please check your shipment number again after the first delivery notification, it will then change to a DPD number.

International shipping with DHL Express:

We ship your order quickly and reliably within 3-5 working days with DHL Express currently to the following countries:

Australia, New Zealand, USA, Mexico, Singapore, Japan, India, South Korea, Thailand, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
