Application:
Twist the cap to remove Level Up Lash Enhancing Serum from the bottle. Wipe off any excess product on the rim of the bottle. One dip of the pen is enough to apply the serum to both eyes. With eyes closed, apply serum directly to clean, dry upper lash line, similar to applying liquid eyeliner. Avoid touching your eyes until the serum has dried. Repeat application every night for 12 weeks for optimal results.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be invoiced.

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.
