Application:

After removing makeup, take your organic cotton or bamboo towel and hold it under lukewarm water for a few seconds. Place it over your face so the heat opens the pores and softens your skin.

Two pumps of this skin cleanser should be enough, but you can also double the amount. Gently work the cleanser into your skin in circular motions, working your way up your face. When you have thoroughly cleansed your face, remove the product with the damp cloth to leave your skin soft, clean and clear.

After cleansing your face, hold the cloth under cold water and place it over your face to close the pores again.

Attention: Customs duties may apply to the UK (from approx. 150 euros) and Norway, as these are not EU countriesd.

Between a purchase of 120€ and 150€ you are therefore free of shipping costs and duty-free with the import into the UK.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be invoiced.

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.
