Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage charge of 13.50 euros for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no 100 euro order value shipping charges , we ship from Konstanz (DE) to the EU countries, there are no customs charges. All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

For parcel shipping from 120 Euro order value no shipping charges apply, We ship from Constance (DE) All shipments are insured with a insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number. Tracking number shipped.
Attention :to UK (from approx. 150 Euro) and Norway customs costs may apply, as these are not EU countries d.

Between a purchase of €120 and €150, you are therefore free of shipping costs and duty-free with imports to the UK.

Nicht-Entgegennahme von Paketen:

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be charged.

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.
