Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

DHL EXPRES delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.

For parcel shipping within the EU from 100 euros order value no shipping charges apply, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges. All shipments are shipped with an insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number .

Attention :Customs costs may apply to the UK (from approx. 150 euros/ 135 GBP) as well as Bosnia and Serbia, as these are not EU countries .

Important: Not all areas in Ukraine are supplied by DHL, currently there are around 26000 ZIP codes on the list which are supplied. This list is not public, but you are welcome to contact us by email or via Instagram and we can briefly check your location for you so that you can place an order right away.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

For parcel shipping from 100 CHF order value no shipping fees will be charged, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are incl. Tracking number shipped.

For deliveries to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also handles customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged.
