Import duties, taxes and carrier clearance fees may be charged in addition to your order and shipping costs. These charges are your responsibility unless prepaid at checkout.

If your parcel is returned because you refuse delivery, fail to pay these charges or fail to respond to required carrier or customs requests, you agree to cover the actual return shipping, return customs clearance and related carrier fees incurred by Monolith Shop GmbH, to the extent permitted by law. These costs may be deducted from any refund.

This does not apply to returns caused by an error by Monolith Shop GmbH.
