Application:

Cleanse your skin and make sure it is dry.
If necessary, apply a serum, day or night cream.
Then start with the largest roller and roll from your chin towards your ear. Slowly work from the bottom up and roll from the inside out.
Then roll from the center of your forehead towards your ears.
Take the smallest roller and roll under your eyes from the inside out.
Repeat the previous step above the eyes and at the eyebrows.
Using the smallest roller, roll along the outside of your eye from top to bottom.

Tip: Keep your roller in the refrigerator for an added cooling and firming effect. Always clean the roller after use!

Germany:

For parcel shipping within Germany there are no shipping charges for orders over 100 Euro, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges and VAT.

For orders under 100 Euro we charge a shipping and handling fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping for shipments up to 5KG.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to 500 CHF including tracking number.



Austria, France and EU countries:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping charges for orders over 100 Euro, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges and VAT. All shipments are sent with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.

DHL:

Under 100 Euro order value, for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 11.50 Euro will be charged for DHL. For shipments over 2KG shipping and handling of 13.50 Euro will be charged.



Great Britain/ UK & Norway:

There are no shipping charges for parcels with an order value of 150 Euro or more.
We ship from Konstanz (DE). All shipments are shipped with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.

Attention: to UK and Norway customs duties, as these are not EU countries.

DHL:
Under 150 Euro order value we charge for shipments up to 2KG will be charged a shipping and handling fee of 13.50 Euro for DHL. For shipments
over 2KG, shipping and handling of 16.50 Euro will be charged.

Non-acceptance of parcels:

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Within 14 days after receipt of the order, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason and to return at your expense individual or all items. However, the delivered products must be returned undamaged, unused, functional and complete in perfect original packaging.

After this deadline, Monolith Shop will not accept any returns.

All returns will be checked thoroughly, if a product or the packaging has been opened and damaged, the item will not be taken back and the item will be sent back to you. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the item and any additional shipping charges.

If the item has been returned in a timely and proper manner, you will receive a new invoice from us via email.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically credited to your next order.


Products for customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein have to be returned to the following address:
