If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be charged.

Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.
