Application:

This shampoo and conditioner should be used regularly. Top tip:

Use a coarse-toothed comb to lose less hair in the shower. Remember to rinse your hair with cold water after washing and rinsing to make it shiny. The shampoo works best on wet hair and the conditioner on lightly wrung out hair.

Under 100 Euro order value will be charged for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.

 

France & Italy: 

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no100 euro order value shipping charges , we ship from Konstanz (DE) to the EU countries, there are no customs costs. All consignments are shipped with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. VAT. Tracking Nummer versendet.

For parcel shipping from 120 Euro order value no shipping charges apply, We ship from Constance (DE) All shipments are insured with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. shipping costs. Tracking Nummer versendet. 
Attention: Customs duties may apply to the UK (from approx. 150 euros) and Norway, as these are not EU countries.

Between a purchase of 120€ and 150€ you are therefore free of shipping costs and duty-free with the import into the UK.

DHL delivery in 4-6 working days:

Under 120 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 2KG, shipping costs of 16.50 euros will be charged.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 120 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 24.50 Euro for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 120 euros order value, shipping costs of 9.90 euros will be invoiced.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be invoiced.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.
