Germany:

Für den Paketversand innerhalb Deutschland fallen ab 100 Euro Bestellwert keine Versandgebühren an.

DHL delivery in 2-5 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

DHL EXPRES delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage charge of 13.50 euros for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.

 

FRANCE:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping fees for orders over 100 euros , we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges .All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

Attention :to UK (from approx. 150 Euro) and Norway customs costs may apply, as these are not EU countriesd.

DHL delivery in 5-7 working days:

Under 130 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 19.90 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 5KG, shipping costs of 27.50 euros will be charged.

Important: Not all areas in Ukraine are supplied by DHL, currently there are around 26000 ZIP codes on the list which are supplied.This list is not public, but you are welcome to contact us by email or via Instagram and we can briefly check your location for you so that you can place an order right away.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be invoiced.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.

Beautiful palette

The palette came beautifully packaged from monolith.
The colours are even prettier in real life, you get some variety in shimmer opacity, but they are all very glimmery and metallic and reflect the light beautifully. I didn't experience any creasing, but i also use a glitter glue.
In terms of the mattes, the lighter pastels (like all pastels) require a tap-and-then-blend application, and the pale pink and pale yellow, in particular benefit from a white base to really pop. That being said, when applied then blend great, no muddiness when layering colous, and the dark shades are very pigmented and apply very uniformly. If you have dark skin and where especially eyeing the pink and the yellow, i don't know how much they will show up
Really loving this, a great addiction to my collection. Definitely ordering from monolith in the future
