We were inspired by the iconic prismatic spectrum of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" album cover as well as the vibrant illustrations on our own packaging. The colour story of this palette is a harmonious blend of creativity and cosmic wonder.

Germany:

Für den Paketversand innerhalb Deutschland fallen ab 100 Euro Bestellwert keine Versandgebühren an.

DHL delivery in 2-5 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

DHL EXPRES delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value will be charged for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage charge of 13.50 euros for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.

Frankreich:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping fees for orders over 100 euros , we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges .All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KGa shipping and postage fee of 11.50 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 2KG, shipping costs of 13.50euros will be charged.

Spain, Italy, Romania and Bulgaria:

Info: Due to problems with local postal delivery services, we only ship with DHL EXPRESS.

Belgium, Holland and Monaco:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are noshipping charges from €100 order value , We ship from Constance (DE) to EU countries, no customs charges .All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

Grossbritannien & Norwegen

For parcel shipping from 120 Euro order value no shipping charges apply, We ship from Constance (DE) All shipments are insured with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number . Tracking number shipped.
Attention :to UK (from approx. 150 Euro) and Norway customs costs may apply, as these are not EU countriesd.

Between a purchase of €120 and €150, you are therefore free of shipping costs and duty-free with imports to the UK.

DHL delivery in 4-6 working days:

Under 120 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 2KG, shipping costs of 16.50 euros will be charged.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 120 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage fee of 24.50 Euro for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 120 Euro order value, shipping costs of 9.90 Euro will be charged.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be charged.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.
