Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

DHL EXPRES delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage charge of 13.50 euros for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.

Frankreich:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping fees for orders over 100 euros , we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges .All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

DHL delivery in 5-7 working days:

Under120 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 19.90 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 5KG, shipping costs of 27.50 euros will be charged.

Important: Not all areas in Ukraine are supplied by DHL, currently there are around 26000 ZIP codes on the list, which are supplied. This list is not public, but you are welcome to contact us by email or via Instagram and we can briefly check your location for you so that you can place an order right away.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

For parcel shipping from100 CHF order value no shipping charges apply, We ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are incl. Tracking Nummer versendet.

For deliveries to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also handles customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged.

Nicht-Entgegennahme von Paketen:

If your package is returned to us after your purchase due to non-collection on your part or an address error, the shipping costs must be charged.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.

Gives you a GLOW

Very happy with this palette! Blendable mattes, beautiful and showy shimmers. An eyeshadow primer is advised for the shimmer shades since some of them crease very easily. But overal the palette is worth its money 💙.

While the mattes are rainbowly colourful, the simmers are all pink and purple, what make difficult to find the look for greens and blues

Nice palette

High-quality and versatile palette. The shimmer shades are beautiful and unique. The matte shades are a bit less pigmented—more on the pastel side—but still lovely and easy to work with. The eyeshadows last well throughout the day, and probably even better with a primer. Another great palette overall. I'm glad I ended up buying it after all.
