How does the product work?
This lightweight and moisturizing formulation combines indigenous Australian extracts to create the perfect, radiant eye cream. These Australian extracts are rich in antioxidants and work together to soften, hydrate, brighten and protect the delicate under-eye skin.

The mica is light-reflective, eliminating dark circles and brightening the eye area. The pink hue of this eye cream evens out blue tones and eliminates dark and discolored eye areas. Caffeine has a decongestant effect and eliminates bags under the eyes by improving microcirculation.

Apply a small amount to the eye contour. A small amount is quite enough! Tap gently to help the product absorb. Apply in the morning and evening.

Germany:

For parcel shipping within Germany, there are no shipping fees for orders over 100 euros, we ship from Constance (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs duties and VAT.

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number. 

Austria, France and EU countries:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping fees for orders over 100 Euro, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs duties and VAT. 

All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number.

DHL:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 11.50 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 2KG shipping costs of 13.50 Euro will be charged.

Great Britain/ UK & Norway

There are no shipping charges for parcel shipping from 120 Euro order value, we ship from Konstanz (DE) All shipments are shipped with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.

Attention: to the UK (from approx. 150 Euro) and Norway customs costs may apply, as these are not EU countries. 

For the UK you can split your orders and if you buy between 120 and 150 euros, you also benefit from free shipping with no customs duties.

DHL:

Under 150 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 Euro will be charged for DHL. For shipments over 2

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected, if a product or the packaging has been opened and damaged, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the item has been returned in a timely and proper manner, you will receive a new invoice from us via email.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically credited to your next order.

Products for customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein have to be returned to the address:
