Application:

1. The brushes are designed for use on the face and body. Run your fingers through the center of the brush from behind or both sides for maximum precision and control.

2. For facial application, first apply liquid to the face and gently move the brush back and forth until you achieve the desired coverage. You can also use the brush from both sides to achieve a flawless look.
3. For application on the body, you can use the entire brush; this is ideal for all other liquid or powder products.

4. Eloise brushes are densely packed with animal-free synthetic fiber hair for smooth coverage, so our brushes won't leave streaks. Glide the brushes easily and do not apply too much pressure to ensure relaxed movement and an airbrush finish.

Cleaning:

1. Apply a small amount of shampoo/soap to the hair.
2. Gently massage the entire brush in a circular motion on your palm.
3. Rinse the hair until the water runs clear.
4. Hold the bundle of hair and press the excess water from the hair against a soft, absorbent towel.
Gently reshape the hair with your fingers if necessary.
5. Allow the brush to dry overnight.

Please note: Do not immerse the brush hair in water.

For parcel shipping from 120 Euro order value no shipping charges apply, We ship from Constance (DE) All shipments are insured with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. shipping costs. Tracking Nummer versendet. 
Attention: Customs duties may apply to the UK (from approx. 150 euros) and Norway, as these are not EU countriesd.

Between a purchase of 120€ and 150€ you are therefore free of shipping costs and duty-free with the import into the UK.

DHL delivery in 4-6 working days:

Under 120 Euro order value for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage charge of 13.50 Euro for DHL will be charged. For shipments over 2KG, shipping costs of 16.50 euros will be charged.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be invoiced.

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.
