Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.

Beautiful Colorstory, Awful Quality

These are the worst quality eyeshadows I’ve tried in a long time.
The matte are patchy, don’t blend and are powdery to a level I’ve never seen.
Some shimmer don’t even stick to the lid, some are fine.
Murky Waters and Sea’s the day are basically identical. Get of my tail broke in my palette after I received it, as I left it on my shelf and it hasn’t move (to tell you how fragile these are).
I’m very disappointed because I love the colorstory.
I will not buy from klarity Cosmetics again.
I’m releived I didn’t buy it full price, because this was a waste of money.

Extremely disappointed!
The shadow sea's the day started bumping up, until it cracked completely (and filled the rest eyeshadows with glitter). I tried to repress it with alcohol but because of the low quality this was impossible.
I didn't hit or dropped the palette and Monolith had a perfect packaging so I am sure that didn't happened during shipping. (I hadn't even used the palette to be precise)
When I used the rest of the eyeshadows I found out that in general they had a bad quality. I don't recommend this palette or this brand in general

The matte shades are good, but the two blue shimmer shades are a disaster. Apart from the fact that they are the same color, they are very dry and strange. The purple shimmer came ripped and kept puffing up and tearing, so I threw it away. Only the greenish gray shimmer is excellent. I rearanged the shades in thr palette and put singles I love so now it's way better. Overall not a bad palette, but I am not 100% satisfied

Je suis assez d'accord avec le 1er commentaire.
Les mattes sont très beaux, ils se travaillent bien.
Pour les métalliques le vert et le gris sont très beaux, la couleur est présente.
Par contre pour les 2 bleus "Murky waters" et "sea's the day"... Pour commencer je ne vois aucune différence entre les 2 teintes alors que sur les swatches vus partout les 2 couleurs sont différentes. J'ai essayé sous plusieurs lumières différentes et rien n'y fait. Et enfin, leur texture est très bizarre par rapport autres couleurs de la palette, c'est très sec ce qui fait que ça n'adhère pas à la peau. Il faut mettre une base qui agrippe bien la matière et poser le fard au doigt si vous voulez un résultat correct.
