The Besties have finally done it!!!

We've been best friends for almost 10 years and we've been asked time and time again to collaborate with our brands, so you already know that we HAD to do it! 

We are SO proud of this collection and have put so much of ourselves into it. We brought together Manny's love of fantasy and Laura's love of minimalism... and we created a beautiful collection! We BOTH love our neutral colours. It really is the baby of our two brands and a love letter to our friendship. We love it and we know you will love it too!

We couldn't do a colour palette without the perfect mix of nude and shimmer shades. You get 8 creamy matte and 10 reflective shimmers. We know you'll love them as much as we do. Thank you so much for your love and support!

Germany:

For parcel shipping within Germany there are no shipping charges for orders over 100 Euro, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges and VAT.

For orders under 100 Euro we charge a shipping and handling fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping for shipments up to 5KG.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to 500 CHF including tracking number.



Austria, France and EU countries:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no shipping charges for orders over 100 Euro, we ship from Konstanz (DE) to EU countries, there are no customs charges and VAT. All shipments are sent with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.

DHL:

Under 100 Euro order value, for shipments up to 2KG a shipping and postage fee of 11.50 Euro will be charged for DHL. For shipments over 2KG shipping and handling of 13.50 Euro will be charged.



Great Britain/ UK & Norway:

There are no shipping charges for parcels with an order value of 150 Euro or more.
We ship from Konstanz (DE). All shipments are shipped with insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number.

Attention: to UK and Norway customs duties, as these are not EU countries.

DHL:
Under 150 Euro order value we charge for shipments up to 2KG will be charged a shipping and handling fee of 13.50 Euro for DHL. For shipments
over 2KG, shipping and handling of 16.50 Euro will be charged.

Non-acceptance of parcels:

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected, if a product or the packaging has been opened and damaged, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the item has been returned in a timely and proper manner, you will receive a new invoice from us via email.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically credited to your next order.

Products for customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein have to be returned to the address:

The products for customers from the EU have to be returned to the following address:
