Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order.

Disappointing and overpriced.

The matte shades in this palette lack pigmentation, and there isn’t enough contrast between the colors. Additionally, all the shimmer shades fall within a very similar tonal range, making it difficult to create diverse makeup looks despite the large number of shades. It is definitely overpriced. I don’t understand the hype, even though I typically gravitate toward cool tones.

Je passe sur les fards mats, l'importance de cette palette ce sont les lumineux qui se voient de la lune! C'est incroyable, tout est fin mais bien impactant. Cela reste classe même si la couleur prend le pas sur une association avec du mat. J'adore !

10 easy to blend, pigmented and buildable matte shadows. The shimmer shades are out of this world. They have different textures and finishes, all of which can be blended, layered and built up. The shimmer shadows too.
It's really worth the price, the quality is really different than other brands for the shimmer ones. The matte shades are soft pinks, burgundy, mauves, maroons, subtle... soft... muted neutrals, taupes and greys... mostly soft cool neutrals. The brand's neutral and cool palette. It has a range of shades from light to dark. The palette is magnetic and the shadows come in square, magnetic, removable pans. I can customize it for travel, just switching it out with other shades to make the color combination I need.
