ESQIDO eyelashes are specially designed for unparalleled volume, without compromising the naturalness. They always provide a flirtatious, fluttery effect.
1. Preparation
Make sure you apply your eyelashes after applying eye makeup. This allows for a clean application and at the same time ensures that the eyelash glue adheres properly.

Tip:Apply a line of black liner before applying the lashes. So the lash band nestles seamlessly to the lash line and leaves no visible gaps.

2. Carefully remove from the packaging
When you wear lashes from Esqido, they are packaged in a beautiful sleeve that preserves the shape of the lashes. When you remove them from the plastic wrapper, simply pull them off the cotton band with tweezers or gently with your fingers. Never pull the lashes off the individual strands, as this can cause the lashes to be torn from the band. Careful maintenance is the key to extending the lashes' durability and longevity!
3. Measuring and Trimming
Since our lashes come in all shapes and sizes, it is possible that the lashes are too large for your lash line. To check if this is the case, hold the mink lashes to your lash line as if you were using them. If they are too long, place your finger where you need to trim them. Use cosmetic scissors to trim the lashes, cutting off the excess lash length from the band, making sure to always cut from the outside in.
4. Apply lash glue
Use our best-selling Companion lash glue (specially formulated and latex-free) and apply a layer of glue along the lash band. Our main tip for this step is to wait about 15-20 seconds for the glue to become tacky before applying. This will make the glue stick much better to the skin and ensure that your lashes do not fall through the day / night!

Shipping

Germany:

No shipping fees apply for parcels sent within Germany with an order value of €100 or more.

DHL delivery in 2-5 working days:

For orders under €100 and up to 5kg, a shipping and postage fee of €8.50 applies for DHL shipping.

All parcels are sent with insurance of up to CHF 500, including a tracking number.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 100 euros order value, a shipping and postage fee of 13.50 euros will be charged for DHL EXPRESS for shipments up to 5 KG. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.


France, Spain, Italy and EU countries:

No shipping fees apply for parcels sent within the EU for orders over €100; we send parcels from Constance (DE) to EU countries, no customs fees apply. All parcels are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number.

DHL delivery in 4-6 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value, a shipping and postage fee of 11.50 euros will be charged for DHL for shipments up to 2KG. For shipments over 2KG, shipping costs of 13.50 euros will be charged.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under €100 order value, a shipping and postage fee of €14.50 will be charged for shipments up to 5 kg for DHL EXPRESS. For shipments over €100 order value, shipping costs of €4.50 will be charged.


Great Britain/UK & Norway

No shipping fees apply for parcels sent from Constance (DE) with a value of at least €120. All parcels are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 and include a tracking number.

Please note: Customs fees may apply for parcels sent to the UK (from around €150) and Norway, as these are not EU countries.

Between €120 and €150 purchases, you are thus free of shipping costs and customs duties when importing into the UK.

DHL delivery in 4-6 working days:

For orders under €120, DHL will charge a postage and packaging fee of €13.50 for shipments up to 2kg. For shipments over 2kg, shipping costs of €16.50 will be charged.

DHL EXPRESS delivery in 1-3 working days:

For orders under 120 euros, a shipping and postage fee of 24.50 euros will be charged for shipments up to 5 kg for DHL EXPRESS. For shipments over 120 euros, shipping costs of 9.90 euros will be charged.

Non-acceptance of parcels:

If, when purchasing on account, your package is returned to us because you did not pick it up, the shipping costs will have to be charged.


Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected, if a product or the packaging has been opened and damaged, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the item has been returned in a timely and proper manner, you will receive a new invoice from us via email.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically credited to your next order.

Products for customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein have to be returned to the address:
