Important:
Please note that these are handmade multichromes. Sometimes the binding agent can cause oil stains on the palettes during transport. Since this is not a magnetic palette, there's no way to avoid this. Furthermore, some colors may appear slightly more misshapen than others due to the hand-pressing process. Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5KG a shipping and postage fee of 8.50 Euro for DHL shipping will be charged.

All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

DHL EXPRES delivery in 1-3 working days:

Under 100 Euro order value for shipments up to 5 KG a shipping and postage charge of 13.50 euros for DHL EXPRESS will be charged. For shipments over 100 euros order value, shipping costs of 5.50 euros will be charged.

Frankreich & Italien:

For parcel shipping within the EU there are no 100 euro order value shipping charges , we ship from Konstanz (DE) to the EU countries, there are no customs charges. All shipments are sent with insurance up to CHF 500 incl. tracking number .

For parcel shipping from 120 Euro order value no shipping charges apply, We ship from Constance (DE) All shipments are insured with a insurance up to 500 CHF incl. tracking number. Tracking number shipped.
Attention :to UK (from approx. 150 Euro) and Norway customs costs may apply, as these are not EU countries d.

Between a purchase of €120 and €150, you are therefore free of shipping costs and duty-free with imports to the UK.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the shipping costs must be charged.

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt of the order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons and to return individual or all items at your own expense. Please return the products to us in their original condition if possible. Otherwise, the refund amount may be reduced at our discretion depending on the reduction in value of the goods.

After this period has expired, Monolith Shop will no longer accept returns.

All returns are thoroughly checked to see if a product or service has been returned. the packaging is opened and damaged, in this case the customer shall bear the full cost of the item and the additional shipping costs.

If the goods were returned on time and correctly, you will receive a new invoice from us by e-mail.
If the invoice has already been paid, the amount for the returned goods will be credited to you or, if you wish, automatically deducted from your next order. 



Products for customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein must be returned to the following address:

Lovely

I 100 percent disagree with these reviews. The multichromes are shifty and gorgeous and the bloodmoon shade is full of so much holographic sparkle. I wear this palette alot and it's one 9f my favorite palettes

Disappointing

Way too expensive for the quality. Beautiful colour story, but you don’t see the reflects as they appears on swatches photos.
When you ask more than Ensley Reign, you are expected to have at least the same quality.

Disappointing. Pans are uneven. Much smaller and unimpressive than appeared in the reviews. The packaging looks like it was printed on a cheap printer. Umbra has large grains, more like a red base with glitter on the top and just too messy. In the reviews, it swatched as beautiful red with a strong yellow shift, maybe I'm missing something. The shimmers aren't protected as other brands do. Mattes are exceptionally good though and the color story is unique. Overall, not worth the cost. Got it with underland from ER for a similar price. If you ask for ER or BBB prices, I would expect the same quality and thought into the product. More effort should be put into the presentation. Was thinking about getting the Midnight Moth palette but I'm now sceptical. Since I bought it based on online reviews alone, I would say take affiliate advertising with a grain of salt. Monolith did a good job packaging and delivering the palettes quickly and undamaged.

Fine but not the best

My main problem with this palette is, it’s a bit expensive for what you get. The mattes were surprisingly fine but I bought it for the shimmers and the formula is very dry. It works but it doesn’t look spectacular, the holo blood moon shade was a bit lackluster on the eyes compared to the swatch (I don’t use glitter primer). And the blue shimmer is so dry that if you pick it up with the finde most of it stays in the finger. Also some of the multichromes have an intense base that leaves a lot of staining. I wish I could give it 5 stars but I’m not used to paying this price and getting duds.
